Announcements:

6/04/08 1. Attention:  The 8AM and 9AM Discussion Sections will take the final in 176
               Everson Hall!!!
               The 4PM and 5PM Discussion Sections will take the final in 100 Hunt Hall.
               If you go to the wrong location, you will be sent to the correct one, so don't
               make the mistake or you will lose time for the exam.

5/28/08 1. Project Due Date has been extended until Saturday, June 7th before the
                Final Exam.
            2. Grades for Exam 1 and Exam 2 combined:

                Min = 190
                Q1 = 378
                Median = 410
                Q3 = 440
                Max = 500

                Approximate letter grades assigned as follows:
      
                A if above Q3
                B if above Median
                C if above Q1
                D and F cutoff points not yet determined

5/05/08 1. The 8AM and 9AM Discussion Sections will take the midterm in 100 Hunt Hall
               and the 4PM and 5PM Discussion Sections will take the midterm in 1322
               Storer Hall.
               If you go to the wrong location, you will be sent to the correct one, so don't
               make the mistake or you will lose time for the exam.

4/13/08 1. Sample Exam 1 solution on the exams page.  Bayes theorem on the homework
                page.

4/13/08 1. Access to Hunt Hall through the southwest side of the building will be restricted
               Monday 4/14/08 during the afternoon.  It might be necessary to enter the
               classroom through another door.

4/10/08 1. The 8AM and 9AM Discussion Sections will take the midterm in 100 Hunt Hall
               and the 4PM and 5PM Discussion Sections will take the midterm in 2 Wellman.
               If you go to the wrong location, you will be sent to the correct one, so don't
               make the mistake or you will lose time for the exam.

4/08/08 1. There is some space additional space available in the course and PTA
                numbers will be given if needed.

4/07/08 1. Project information and data has been posted under the Homework link.

4/04/08 1. All email should be sent to the above email account.  Any emails sent to either
                Prof. Drake or the TAs will be disregarded.
            2. Exams and Projects will be returned in the course bins located in the MSB on
                the 4th floor.
            3. The class has reached capacity and no new PTA numbers will be issued!!!
